Artistico Extra White Rough Watercolor Paper 76 x 112 cm

Exclusive FABRIANO Artistico rough watercolor paper is made using a traditional process from 100 percent cotton. FABRIANO enhances the value of its “Artistico” paper with improved quality and a presentation that reflects its reputation. It is ideal for painting with watercolors, gouache, or ink. The fibers are evenly distributed, making the watercolor paper more stable and helping prevent warping. It retains its high gloss, natural transparency, and rich colors while also offering good water absorption. Extra white paper is made without acids, bleaches, or optical brighteners and is resistant to aging. The sheets are naturally white. Working with rough-grain watercolor paper (rough) is more difficult and requires a more experienced watercolorist. However, it is one of the highest-quality watercolor papers and is suitable for experimenting. Its surface is highly textured, hard, and grainy, so paint may skip across the surface.
