The DALER ROWNEY Simply Brush Set includes basic brush shapes in size 2, ideal for beginners and hobby artists. The stiff hog bristles hold thick paint well, maintain a firm stroke, and create bold marks and textures typical of oil painting and heavy-body acrylics. The long handle lets you paint at a comfortable distance from the canvas.
Care is simple: for oil painting, wipe off excess paint with a cloth, wash the brush in solvent, then clean it with soapy water. For acrylic paints, washing with soapy water before they dry is enough. After cleaning, simply shape the bristles with your fingers and let the brushes dry flat or hanging with the bristles pointing down.
