DARWI Air-Dry Modeling Clay 500 g, White
DARWI Air-Dry Modeling Clay is a fine-grained, water-based clay that hardens in the air at room temperature without firing in a kiln. Its homogeneous texture and very fine grain make it possible to create precise details and impressions when making figurines, decorations, jewelry, models, or reliefs. The clay is pliable, semi-flexible, odorless, and does not stick to your hands. It does not shrink as it dries and retains its original shape and dimensions. It adheres reliably to porous materials such as damp wood, cardboard, and plaster.
Before modeling, knead the block thoroughly and soften it with a small amount of water if needed. It hardens at a rate of approximately 24 hours per 1 cm of thickness, without accelerating the process with heat. Once fully dry, its medium-hard surface can be sanded, drilled, cut, painted with acrylic paints or tempera paints, and sealed with varnish. The clay meets European toy standards, and an opened block stays pliable for weeks when properly wrapped in a damp cloth and an airtight bag.
