I love this product. I needed a background for a portrait that would look like asphalt on a road. I mixed 50/50 coarse pumice gel with dark gray acrylic, and it was perfect. I applied it with an old credit card to an unprimed panel. No cracking, no peeling, and it’s flexible. I also combined fine pumice with coarse pumice, and that combination is my favorite surface. It’s very tactile, and you can’t stop touching it.
This sand-effect texture paste created the perfect rough surface on my canvas, which I’d been looking for for a long time.
