I tried this and an equivalent from another manufacturer, and I prefer this one because it’s smoother. It preserves the canvas texture without adding roughness. It takes 3–4 coats, but the result is really great.
I added it to pastel work that needed more texture. It’s useful for fixing the work, allowing for corrections. The texture is a little limited, but it’s a great addition to my supplies.
I like using these paints. I prefer containers to bags because they’re more practical and easier to work with. Colored gesso is great for preparing a surface before painting.

This is very good white gesso. It works excellently on both canvas and paper. The consistency is smooth, it’s easy to apply, and once dry, the surface is ideal for painting.
High-quality paint with beautiful shades. I was amazed by the sap green as soon as I first unscrewed the lid. It’s incredibly rich and opaque. Small amounts of acrylic gouache stayed workable on my wet palette for a full 3 days! This paint is always a pleasure to use.
Dark gouache colors dry lighter than they look when wet, so I bought this paint to darken the darkest areas of my painting. I have to say it’s a little greener than it looked, but mixed with ultramarine blue it makes an interesting black! As always, the paints are very opaque and matte, so they’re a pleasure to work with.
"Super Opaque," exactly right. This is one of my favorite white paints. The color is very, very clean and bright, and the consistency is creamy and smooth. It’s somewhere between thick and liquid paint, so it’s very pleasant to use. It’s also worth mentioning that it rinses easily out of brushes and doesn’t stick to the bristles.
