Jesmonite AC100 Base Powder Component
Jesmonite AC100 Base Powder is a key component of the two-component Jesmonite AC100 system, an eco-friendly, water-based resin that contains no solvents. It offers exceptional strength, fast setting, and can be used indoors and outdoors (with a suitable protective coating). After measuring out the required amount of base mix, combine it with AC100 Liquid at a ratio of 2.5:1 by weight. The result is a lightweight yet highly durable material with high compressive, tensile, and flexural strength. AC100 is suitable for making decorative castings, panels, prototypes, furniture, candle holders, and works of art. It cures quickly: initial setting takes place after just 15–20 minutes (at 18 °C), castings can be removed after approximately 30–40 minutes, and full strength is reached after 24 hours. Artists, designers, and hobbyists appreciate this product for its reliability and the creative possibilities it offers with color and materials.
