KREUL Javana Fabric Paint Resist 20 ml

Javana KREUL Fabric Paint Resist is designed for creatives who enjoy contrasting color techniques on fabric. Apply the resist directly from the tube, and combine it with Javana KREUL fabric paints for light-colored fabrics. This makes it quick and easy to paint on fabric with fine patterns, lines, or lettering. The result is original, colorful or delicate patterns on cushions, fabric covers, and lampshades.

Follow these steps to create your patterns: 

Wash the fabric before painting. Use the color resist to create a pattern on the fabric. Dry the resist with a hair dryer. These areas will not absorb the paint afterward. Apply paint to the fabric using a roller or brush. Once dry, fix the paint by ironing for 5 min on the cotton setting, covering the fabric with another thin piece of cloth. Remove the color resist by handwashing, and the motif will become visible. Once fixed, the finished painting is lightfast and can be washed at a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius
