It can be mixed directly with acrylic paints or painted over once dry.

Use and application
Apply the paste with a painting spatula, palette knife, or stiff brush, in any thickness. For pronounced relief and heavy textures, we recommend applying several layers, allowing each layer to dry partially before adding the next. You can tint the paste with acrylic paints before application, or paint over it once dry with acrylics, Polycolor paints, or other water-based paints.
