Use and application
Apply the patina with a brush, sponge, or dauber to a primed surface treated with primer or gesso. After applying a thin coat and letting it partially dry, wipe away the excess with a dauber so the patina remains in the recessed areas of the relief. A protective varnish from the same product line is used to finish the surface and seal the final effect.
