Pebeo Gedeo Waterproof Tape is used with canvas. Heat-activated tape lets you create a sealed area on the canvas, completely enclosing the canvas. This painting technique is used when pouring paints and resin or for the pouring fluid technique. The black PVC tape is waterproof and adheres securely to the canvas on all sides when heated. The tape is 23 mm wide and 5 m long.
HOW TO USE?
First, measure the perimeter of the canvas, then cut the required length of waterproof tape so that it can wrap around the entire canvas. Next, place the heat-activated tape along the edges of the canvas and secure it by ironing at 180 °C through a piece of fabric. The fabric prevents the iron from coming into contact with the tape. You can then pour paint or resin onto the canvas and leave it to dry.
