Pebeo Studio Acrylics Matte Varnish 75 ml

Pebeo Studio Acrylics Matte Varnish is a water-based acrylic protective varnish designed to reliably seal and protect finished paintings. It creates a transparent layer with a flat matte finish that eliminates unwanted shine and preserves the natural look of matte acrylic, tempera, and gouache works. It does not affect the original color tones, prevents yellowing, and protects the surface from UV radiation, dust, and moisture.

Apply the varnish with a clean flat brush in 1 to 2 coats, waiting at least 1 hour before applying the second coat. For a satin finish, you can mix it with gloss varnish in any ratio. Once fully dry (24–48 hours), the layer is permanent and water-resistant. Simply wash the brushes with water before the varnish dries.
