Pebeo Studio Acrylics Satin Varnish is water-based and forms a transparent protective layer with a subtle semi-gloss finish once applied. It is an ideal choice for artwork where a fully matte finish or a pronounced gloss is not desired. The varnish does not affect the original color tones, prevents yellowing, and provides long-lasting protection from UV radiation, dust, and moisture.
Apply easily with a clean flat brush in 1 to 2 coats. The second coat can be applied after at least 1 hour. Once fully dry (24 to 48 hours), the varnish is permanent and water-resistant. To achieve your preferred level of gloss, you can mix it as desired with matte or gloss varnish from PEBEO.
