Pentart Decorative Paint 100 ml Metallic Matte

Pentart metallic decorative paint is specially designed for decorating interiors and furniture. Once dry, the acrylic paint creates a hard, flawless surface that resists damage. It gives decorated objects a matte metallic effect. It provides excellent coverage and can be used on light and dark surfaces. It is suitable for application to wood, paper, ceramic, stone, metal, and cardboard surfaces. This metallic paint is ideal for decorative projects, hobby techniques, home decor, and more. It dries relatively quickly and is not frost-resistant. It is available in up to 8 shades.

HOW TO USE?

Clean and prepare the object to be decorated. We recommend applying a base paste before the decorative paint. Once the base coat is dry, lightly sand it with fine sandpaper. To add lace or a decorative pattern, use hobby glue. Apply the glue with a foam brush, then attach the prepared pattern. Once dry, apply the metallic decorative paint with a flat brush. Drying time depends on the thickness of the coat. You can use a hair dryer to speed up drying. One coat is enough for small areas, while large areas need at least two coats. No final waxing or varnishing is needed when applying to a dry surface. If you use acrylic paint as a base coat, we recommend varnishing the finished object after applying the decorative paint. It is easy to clean with a damp cloth. Find out more about the product in the video below.

OUR TIP

Thanks to its excellent coverage, we recommend using this decorative paint for home decor projects or when renovating old furniture. When applied to metal in combination with acrylic paints, it can create a worn, aged look. You can also combine it with decorative enamel to create an enamel surface with a metallic effect.
