Pentart Fabric and Leather Paint 50 ml

High-quality fabric and leather paint by Pentart has a smooth, creamy consistency and contains a high concentration of pigments. It is versatile and suitable for painting on fabric (cotton, linen, etc.), leather, faux leather, and vinyl. It provides excellent coverage and can be used on light and dark surfaces. The different shades can be mixed together and used without thinning. The paint soaks into fabric fibers or leather, and does not crack or peel. Once dry, it is elastic, flexible, and soft to the touch. It dries gradually in the air over several hours. Ideal for creating various motifs on purses, shoes, bags, and more.

HOW TO USE

Before applying the paint, wash the prepared fabric or clean the leather to remove any dirt. This helps prevent the paint on the fabric or leather from being damaged by later washing. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. You can apply it with a flat brush, a stippling brush, or a foam brush, for example. After drying for several hours and ironing the reverse side for at least 30 seconds, the paint is resistant to washing on a gentle cycle. Set the iron temperature according to the type of fabric. If you let the paint dry gradually for 1 week, heat-setting with an iron is no longer necessary. Find out more about the product in the video below.

OUR TIP

Thanks to the smooth, creamy consistency of this fabric and leather paint, we recommend using it for techniques such as stenciling and stamping. Stenciling with this paint is very easy. Simply apply a light layer of paint over the prepared design, and you’re done. Remember to apply the paint with a stippling brush or foam brush. For stamping, gently apply the paint to the stamp with a dabber. You can finish by outlining the shapes with fabric paint liner.
