After application, it creates a smooth, matte layer that you can paint or decorate. Also suitable for stencil techniques. The etching is caused by a chemical reaction and cannot be removed. The paste includes detailed instructions for use and rubber gloves.
Use: Put on gloves before starting work, cover your work area with paper, and mix the paste thoroughly. Clean the prepared glass surface with water or alcohol. Once it is dry, apply an even layer of paste with a brush, foam brush, or plastic spatula. Leave the applied paste on the glass surface for at least 15 minutes. Then rinse the paste off with water. A matte layer will form, which you can paint or decorate. Wash the tools immediately after use.

Apply a thicker layer of paste through the stencil, and you can scrape most of the excess back into the container. You use very little for each project. The resulting etched image is very crisp, even with small text. I recommend leaving the paste on for 45 minutes. I’m thrilled with the results.
