Talens Art Creation fabric and silk paint set contains 4 basic paints suitable for delicate fabrics. Painting on fabric is a simple, inexpensive way to upcycle old clothes and turn them into unique new pieces. Customize silk to suit your style. The paints are suitable for completely changing the color of a garment, as well as for tie-dyeing and painting. When painting on fabric, we recommend applying the paints with a brush. The paints must be left to dry thoroughly after application, ideally for 24 hours. Once the paint has soaked in thoroughly, cover the fabric with parchment paper and heat-set it with an iron on a high setting for 5 minutes. If you have dyed silk, first rinse it in cold water, then in warm soapy water. Machine washing is not recommended. All other textiles can be machine-washed at 40 degrees Celsius.
