How do you use them?

Wash the fabric before dyeing, without fabric softener. Wetting the fabric with water is not necessary, but it helps the paints blend together more easily. Ideally, cover the surface you’ll be working on with plastic or another protective covering to prevent staining. After application, leave the paints to dry thoroughly, ideally for 24 hours. Once the paint has soaked in thoroughly, cover the fabric with parchment paper and heat-set it with an iron on a high setting for 5 minutes. If you dyed silk, first rinse it in cold water, then in warm soapy water. Machine washing is not recommended. All other textiles can be machine washed at 40 degrees Celsius.
