Shrink plastic is a special type of plastic that shrinks when exposed to hot air, turning into a harder plastic material that remains much thicker. It is used to make charms, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, keychains, and many other decorations. Ideal for cardmaking, scrapbooking, and more. You can create any design in any color with this plastic!

Use: Keep in mind that the plastic shrinks by about a quarter when heated. Draw a design or picture on one side, then color it in. You can lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper to help the paints adhere better. Once you have cut out the plastic, use a paper hole punch to make a hole for hanging, as the plastic will be thick and hard after heating. When your design is ready and cut out, place the plastic colored side up on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 150 °C. The shrink plastic may curl or move when exposed to heat, so do not place the prepared shapes close together. Baking is finished when the plastic lies flat again (approx. 5 min). You can also use a Craft hot air hobby gun instead of an oven. You can use parchment paper, but it is not necessary, as the resulting plastic material can simply be peeled off the baking sheet once it has cooled. If you do not want the painted areas to rub off, you can varnish them.
