Pebeo Drying Retarder (Retarder) is a practical water-based medium that every artist working with acrylics will appreciate. It effectively extends the paints’ open working time, so you can work on the canvas longer without worrying about them drying too soon. It lets you create smoother gradients and comfortably blend shades directly on the surface using the wet-on-wet technique.
Add the medium directly to the paint. The maximum recommended amount is 10% of its volume to avoid compromising the integrity of the paint film. It is not intended for artwork exposed to outdoor moisture.

- Medium type: water-based drying retarder
